5x1GB Perks disappeared!

I received 5x1GB perks last month when I received the new free SIM card that will support their new network for the future!

I was able to redeem 1GB peel. Then I signed in a week later and my remaining 4x1GB perks disappeared ?


what can I do ?

    I just verified your account and there are no sent perks from our side. ( and the 5 GB perks that should be sent alongside with them, will arrive in 60 days after the sim change was made also )

    Probably a bug! Like he said, you should contact customer service. Usually they are able to put it back.
