The valid credit card that is on my file has been rejected after years of successful billing

Billing has failed on a valid credit card and Fizz website has declined another valid credit card. Current credit card has been accepted numerous billing periods in the past. Credit card company has indicated that they did not receive the billing request, so error appears to be on Fizz.
