Payment Failed

Hi all,


I changed my payment method because the CC card date has expired. My new CC is failing & I tried my daughter's Visa card & that failed too.


Please let me know how to proceed for payment,

    I have looked over your account and could see that you have managed to update the payment method and add a card on the same day.

    You can use a Visa/Mastercard debit.

    However if the card is failing ( your daughters ) the card may be blocked by the bank.

    I suggest calling to ask if there was a freeze on the payment attempt from that card.
