Thank you for posting your concern on our forum!
Please know that the VoLTE sim card you've purchased for free is not visible on your FIzz account's order history, but rest assured, it will be delivered by the time VoLTE is implemented.
We remain at your disposal for anything else!

For this free SIM order, it's normal not to see it in the order history. Also, the delays are currently more than a month to receive it. You will have to be patient!
