Recently Purchased a new Plan, but did not receive data

After recently upgrading my plan to 5gb, my new month has started and I have not received any data. I am left only with my data from my last month, but it says my plan renews in 29 days. Help!

    I can see that you have reached out to us in privately in regards to this issue and that one of my colleagues has created a ticket for you. You can see it in your account by going into My Settings--->My Tickets.
