Hi, I ordered my new SIM card four weeks ago as instructed by FIZZ. And Fizz informed that I will receive the card within two weeks. However, I haven’t received the package until now. How can I track my package in case my package was stolen?

Hello, for the delivery of the new -VoLte SIM card there are long delays. Several subscribers are in such a situation. There is nothing urgent either because Fizz's VoLte service is not active and your current card is still valid. Just wait a little longer.
There is no tracking ticket as this is a special order.
