My internet has being going down frequently since yesterday
Hi I live in MTL , My internet has been a pain it has being getting dicsonnected and reconnected randomely since yesterday , when I click the chat button it seems to take like forever....
I have the black model , the 3 bottom lights keep blinking , the 2.4G and 5G and the other one has a screen like logo
The 5g is not available
What I have done , unplugged for 30 minutes and replugged , cleared cooked and cache made sure all the wires are connected properly
What are my options? I think the modem might be broken at this point

Since around 5 a.m. this morning, there have been problems with the Videotron network. Nothing should therefore be concluded for this period.
If your problem predates this:
