Internet is not working on my phone
I live in Saint-Bruno. Home internet is working but not the mobile network. For at least 2h the mobile network is not working for me.

I am sorry for the situation encountered,
There was a short interruption of mobile service this morning (Data, calls and SMS) for some Fizz customers, however, the service is now re-established.
I kindly advise you to restart your phone and test the services using this FAQ:

You are right, it would be good to update the status page.
There are a lot of people who have problems with their services right now and who don't understand if it's from the network, their phone or their account...
