LTE not working
Dear Fizz,
My homepage for Fizz is not opening currently and my LTE has stopped working, last I checked I had around ~830 MB remaining. Is it possible to fix it ?
I have a Quebec coverage plan, and I am planning to travel to Ontario for a 2-3 days. Would my LTE work there ?

I am sorry for the situation encountered,
I have verified your account and I can see that your plan still has data.
There was a short interruption of mobile service this morning (Data, calls and SMS) for some Fizz customers, however, the service is now re-established.
In regards to your question, if you travel to Ontario, you will have to buy a travel add-on for that region as your plan has Quebec coverage.
To buy a travel add-on, you need to log into your account> my plans> manage plan> travel.

Also, you have the option to pay for use by adding money in your wallet.

Hello it seems fizz had a breakdown this morning has I had the same issue. Everything seems back to normal now.
You can now go in your plan to upgrade it to canada for all the time or for a one fime fee under the "travel" option
