Wi-Fi not working, please help
Hello,
my home internet is not working, the modem is lit up with the four first lights on (power, download, upload and status), but there’s no internet connection whatsoever, it doesn’t even show the internet availability as if it doesn’t exist.
yes I have tried resetting the modem many times, even turning off the electricity in my house and unplugging and replugging the router.
