How to transfert my number if I lost my other company phone?
I've been trying to transfert my number but fizz is sending a texto for confirmation but I don't have my old phone I lost it and decide to join Fizz..
My texto are working but I can't get phone calls it's like half of the account was transfert...

It's not fizz texting you, it's your old company. It is with them that it will be necessary to check what can be done to authorize the transfer.
During the transfer, it is possible that it works from some providers and not from others. For text messages, if you have an iPhone, it's possible that it goes through Apple's systems... In those cases, the transfert has nothing to do with that.

Your old provider is trying to text your number with them to confirm the transfer out. Since you don't have your old SIM card, you need to contact them to explain the situation. Perhaps they will accept the transfer request with your verbal confirmation over the phone. Then you can contact Fizz customer service to ask them to resend the transfer request. Once this is all done, your activation and transfer to Fizz will be complete.
