I haven't received my SIM card. It has been 10 days since I placed order. Who can help???

I ordered my SIM card on Sep 5, 2022 and I got an email saying it's on its way but I never received it......

    If you search the forum, you will see that everyone is in the same situation. You have to be very patient before receiving the new SIMs. 10 days is not a lot, some have been waiting for a month!
