Rescheduled appointment, but got a notification for previous appointment?
I initially scheduled an appointment for an install for this Thursday afternoon, but I later changed it to Saturday because I thought that I wouldn’t be home. I just received an email confirming my appointment for Thursday, but in my account it still says that my appointment is Saturday. When can I expect the technician to come?

I have verified your account and the correct date is the one you see in your Fizz account> my plans > manage plan> appointments.
The correct appointment was for Saturday, 17 September from 12:00 to 17:00.
Also, I can see that the technician already installed your services.
