Can't enter my account

I'm getting the same error every time. I have the right PW and account info. Please help

    Hello Simonbsays,
    I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,  
    If you can't log into your account using Google, then you can log in using your email address and password.
    You need to reset your password first by going to the Fizz login page, then enter the email address and press on the forgotten password link.
    That will send you a reset password link that you need to use in 90 minutes.
    If you are not receiving the password reset email, please contact us via chat, using the link below.

    You need to find the "?" bubble, click on it and then chat.

    I can't even seen to be able to access the reset password function.
