I kindly advise you to restart your modem in order to install the necessary updates, as I can see in my tools that your modem needs to update.
To restart your modem, please disconnect the power cord from the modem's back, wait for 30 seconds then plug it back in.

@Behnood92 Do you live in Ahuntsic? To inform that there was an internet outage with Fizz in a sector in Ahuntsic at the end of the afternoon. I don't know if everything is back to normal.
