My activation is still pending after 8 hours

Today I received my wife modem, and the technician told me the activation takes several times ,now I am waiting for more than 8 hours for it ,and I still don't have access to the internet , help me please I need internet

    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I have verified your account and I can see that your modem is online at this time and that you were able to use the internet.
    I kindly advise you to restart your modem in order to install the necessary updates, as I can see in my tools that your modem needs to update.
    To restart your modem, please disconnect the power cord from the modem's back, wait for 30 seconds then plug it back in.
