SIM card order, but not in the history
Got the confirmation that my SIM cards were ordered, been more then a week, but nothing received. It doesn’t show in the order history and if I’m clicking on the link on the original email it says that I’m no longer entitled for a free SIM card.

Many people are in the same situation. There is a good delay, more than three weeks for some, to receive the card.
You will have to be patient. If you do not receive it after a few weeks, you will have to speak with Fizz.
