I cannot change my payment method?
Been asking me to change my payment method since my card was about to expire and when I do it always says ‘denied try to contact your bank support’ but I contacted them 2 time for that and they say my card should work and i’ve buy things with my new card so idk I guess bye fizz?

Some time, it might help clearing cache, deleting cookies... You can try using another browser like Firefox or EDGE or in a private tab...
