40$ Perk didn't work
Hello,
I activated two of 40$ rebate for home internet and it was the main reason I have chosen Fizz as an internet provider for my apartment. However, these perks were never applied to my invoices. I wonder if there is any way to solve this problem?

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I just verified your account and I can see that your $40 perks expired before you had the chance to use them.
Please keep in mind that these perks can be used for a limited time and once they expire we are not able to reactivate them.
