two days after activation, still no signal
My sim doesn't have signal. I tried to call the phone number and it said it doesn't exist. The activation is completed. Thanks for your help!

I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
I have verified your account and I can see that you have reactivated your line.
The reactivation is completed in our system and you should be able to use your services.
I kindly advise you to restart the phone and try to place a call.

Also, as this was a reactivation, you could have the line active on the older SIM card.

Agree with previous post. Activation should not take 2 days. Are you porting in a number or starting from scratch ? In any case, I would contact support for more help.
