Unable to check-out when trying to buy add-on
Hi I am unable to checkout when trying to buy an add-on. I select a payment method and click on submit. The button turns grey for a brief period and nothing happens. No error messages or anything either ? Any ideas? I tried clearing caches and browsing data. I also tried to checkout from different devices but nothing worked.

Sorry to hear about the situation encountered.
From what I see on your account it appears that a ticket was already raised by our colleagues to check what`s happening.
We will contact you back via e-mail in the shortest time possible once we receive our technical team`s feedback.
You can also track the ticket status via My settings - My tickets, to also have a view on its progress.
