Conditions for returning phone within 15 days

Hi, I need some clarification on the return policy if you buy a phone though Fizz. I saw the following in the terms and conditions (screenshot below) and wanted to know if that applies when you keep the phone plan.

For example, I purchase phone A with my current plan but after a few days, I decided to buy phone B and request a return for phone A while keeping the same plan. But during that time, I consumed more than 250mb, 50 text messages and 30 minutes of phone call. Would my return request be denied then?

Yes, please make sure you respect the usage to be able to return the phone under the 15 days policy. 
In case you used more than that, you can make a warranty return if something doesn't work properly with the phone. 
With the warranty return, we will change the phone with the same model.
