Hello, I went to sleep tonight and when I woke up, all my data was gone... I don't know how that happened because using 10-12gb of data in one night when I have wifi at home isn't really easy to do. I would just like to know if there is a way to reverse it.

    Hello GhostPepper  ,

As Olic  said, please first verify the usage from your Fizz account and the one from your phone to see if they match.
For the usage from your Fizz account, the steps are: My plans -> Usage -> daily usage.

As for your phone, depending if it's an Android or iOS, the steps are:

Android: Settings → Connections → Data usage → Mobile data usage

iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Cellular data usage
You can also find more information from this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-telephone-is-using-an-usual-or-high-amount-of-data-why

Verify please the day since your phone collected the information about usage, to be the same day as your current cycle started.
If there will be differences, please contact in private for further verifications.
You can do this following the steps from this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/support

I am counting on your understanding and I wish you a great day,
    -Georgian
