Generic Error when purchasing an add on or SIM

When I attempt to purchase an add-on or a new SIM I get a generic error when checking out.

I have attempted to re-add my credit card and it has not changed anything.

Monthly payments go through.

How can I resolve these errors, Trying again produces the same results
