I have a problem concerning the roaming or international call. Currently in Europe I've bought a data+call pack. Data works very well but I'm unable to call. It always mark "outgoing call forbidden" on my cell. It's a huawei P10 if needed.

Cell has been reboot many times.

I've searched the web but nothing works...

Thanks for your help

Fizz does not offer any call service outside of Canada and the USA.

You will have to use a local provider or a service like Skype that can calls over the Internet.

  • Humm you're right but why do I see "Add-on-International calls" 60min on my customer account?

It's to call from Canada to international destinations :(

  • Oh yes, I've understood the other way...

The good news is that everything works fine!

    Thanks for your help :)

    Hello Eolia V.  ,

Thank you for being part of the Fizz community and I am glad to find out you received the answer to your question.
Indeed as Olic said, the International calls work from the coverage of your plan to call in that particulat country you purchased as add-on.

For roaming we don't offer minutes.
You can find more information about the roaming options from this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-travelling-outside-my-coverage-zone-what-are-my-roaming-options

I am counting on your understading and I wish you a great day,
