Please try to reach us on Live chat following these details : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do - wait for a question mark on the bottom of the page , click it and check the chat option ( we need pictures of the possible error message you are getting to escalate a ticket)
In the meantime, try to reset the password and go to the main login page, use your Gmail as a username and try to check if you received an e-mail to reset the password in the meantime, reset it and
