I changed my SIM card now all my data is gone
I change my sim as I was required by fizz and now all my data is gone ? What’s up with that ?

Sorry to hear about the situation encountered.
From what I saw, you still had Data left in your plan and you should still be able to use it, but if it`s not working anymore try to reboot the phone, enable / disable airplane mode.
Check your usage also in My plans - See usage.
If the issue persists, try to set the APN corectly as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn then check again and test the services.

Did you switch to the VoLTE sim card ? There seems to be many issues when switching over to the new sim cards. You will need to contact fizz support directly for assistance using this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues
