Technician is late

Excuse me, I have a problem. We have been waiting for the technician for more than two hours, although he was supposed to come to install the Internet for us at 7:30. He still didn't came. What should I do? We paid for all.

    On weekdays: 07.30 am – 12.00 pm / 12.00 pm – 5:00 pm / 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm
    On weekend: 07.30 am – 12.00 pm / 12.00 pm – 5:00 pm
