Loosing my internet

Hi every one

Every day i am loosing my WIFI and cable internet and I am kind of tired to reset my fizz modem 3 to 4 time a day. . I use Fizz modem as a bridge . So far the list of what i have done is:

1- Reset modem by discounting power and coaxial cable many time

2- Disconnect power and coaxial cable more than 30 min

3- Reset to factory setting both of modem

4- Connect the power wire directly to outlet

5- Reconnect fizz modem directly canceling bridge mode

P/S The coaxial cable feel very warm I don't know if its normal

Please give me some idea to solve this problem or provide me a name of good internet company.

    I see that my colleague has contacted the technical department and sent you an email with date and time frame during which a technician will come and inspect the modem itself.

    As you use your own router, I would do a little test, because your router may be the problem...

    How are the modem dels when you lose the internet? Resetting the modem still fixes the problem? You never reset your router, you reset just the Fizz modem?

    Sometimes, the service comes back on its own, without a reset?

    If the reset always fix the issue, it's unlikely to be a problem with the cable signal. So chances are really good that the problem is with your router. Maybe use Fizz's modem as a router for a few days, just to see?

    As i mention before i used fizz modem alone for a while the same problem.

    No it's not normal, normally it is at room temperature. It may be defective somewhere inside or outside. It may be better to talk about it as soon as possible to the Fizz team. Personally, if the temperature rises, I will disconnect the modem and your own equipment.

    If not, you have several tips given by other subscribers above.

    OK, so, on your number 5 (Reconnect fizz modem directly canceling bridge mode), you don’t do double nating with your own router? Your devices are directly connected to the Fizz modem?

    So, you will have to speak with Fizz :(

    |Hi every one and thanks for your advise..... finally i contact the moderator and after 40 minutes chat he schedule appointment for technician to come and check every thing. He said I will receive an email to set exact day for visiting and now I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR EMAIL OVER A MONTH.AND YES I CHECK MY SPAM TOO. I have the same problem and because i start renovation i didn't have time to chat again.This is so frustrate to reset modem 3 times a day. Any good suggestion would be nice.
