Hi i’m going to travel outside of canada and is it possible to unsubscribe until i get back but still have the same number or what options can i do?

To keep your phone number, you have 2 options. The first one is what PF_Ref_D2U9A informed you, to change your plan to bare minimum and keep the plan active.
The second option is to unsubscribe and reactivate the plan when you are back in Canada, however this is possible only if you know for sure you will reactivate it in less than 60 days.
After an unsubscription order, the number will remain reserved for you 60 days. If you don't reactivate in this period, the number will be available for other Fizz members and you will have to reactivate using a new one.
You can find more information in this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivateAs for the price, it will be at the current price from that moment, either if you select to change the plan now or unsubscribe.

Going on vacation, moving or simply taking a break? For now, it is unfortunately impossible to put a Fizz plan (Internet and/mobile) on pause.
The best solution if you don’t want to lose your My Rewards status along with all your upgrades and perks is to adjust your plan to its strict minimum (by only keeping the Quebec coverage in a mobile plan for instance) for the time being.
If adjusting your plan to its strict minimum is not an option for you, you'll have to cancel your plan, and resubscribe later.

I'm not sure you would be able to get the same plan when you come back if it's no longer available in-market.
