Unsubscribing
I unsubscribed not realizing that I’d be cancelling my plan. I’ve already paid the first payment and I was trying to reschedule my appointment to get my modem installed. I’ve paid the first 45$ for my unlimited internet plan and I can’t schedule an appointment with restarting everything and paying again. What should I do? And if I have to pay again; can I cancel the whole subscription and get my initial 45$ back?

And yes, if you cancel your appointment and don't reschedule it, you will be refunded on your card.

Following the verifications on your account I see that the system already refunded you for that payment. You can see the transaction in your Fizz account by going at: My settings -> Transaction history.
As for the bank statement, it will take a few working days before it will be visible, since this depends only on your bank.
You can create anytime a new internet subscription from your Fizz account following the same steps as first time: My plans -> Choose my plan -> Select the full installation address and finish the order from there.
