Activation pending_ Transfer my phone number
Hi, I have actived my sim card on September 2nd and completed all the steps until "waiting for the confirmation from the Fido". Unfortunately, I have never received any text from Fido so far. I called Fido this morning, they confirmed that Fido has not received any request for the number tranforming yet.
However, no notification can be found in my Fizz account and the payment has been charged.
Please check it and send a request to Fido.

Also you might want to try checking your notifications on your Fizz account. When porting in I received a notification stating "we are unable to transfer your number". A quick chat with Fizz support and they were able to resolve the issue.
