This is not a 5g card, but a VoLTE card ;)
You ordered your new free card, with the link in the email and you can't activate it, right? If so, you are not the only one, several have had this problem in the last days and for the moment, the only solution is to contact the support

Thank you for being part of the Fizz community!
Following the verifications in your account I see that the free VoLTE SIM was ordered a few days ago. Please note that for receiving it there is a delay up to 2 weeks.
Once you have it physically, please go in your Fizz account at: My plans -> Manage plan -> Change SIM card and add there the activation code from your new SIM.
In case you will encounter any difficulties, please contact us in our live chat and we can make the swap.
