Error message when I try to activate my new SIM card
How should I proceed to activate my new SIM card? When I follow the instruction and try to apply my new SIM card to my current number (want to replace with new one for VoltE), I get an error message and can't activate it.

Many of you have reported this problem for a few days. The only solution for the moment is to contact the Fizz support service.
