I deactivated my plan and it said "pending deactivation." A month later, I was charged again

When I opened a ticket to inquire why I was charged again, the response was that I had cancelled the deactivation on my end. Um, no I didn't. Please prove to me that it came from me. Because the same thing happened a year ago when I cancelled two other plans and I believed them then but a third time? And I have no recollection of cancelling the deactivation? I don't think so. I'd like my money back.
