how can I pay?

My account says that I have a balance due but when I click on procced to pay nothing shows up, I cannot pay and there is a message saying that my connection will be gone, I do not know what to do as I cannot pay.


Please help as you know there is no customer support by phone.

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    I can see that you already contacted our support team and the situation is being investigated. 
    You will be able to see the progress from My settings > my tickets.
    As soon as we have any updates we will contact you right away via e-mail.

    Hi

    Once you update your payment method, you must also associate the new payment card to your plan.

    Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:

    1. In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
    2. Click on Payment methods.
    3. Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
    4. Now make your way to My plans.
    5. For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
    6. Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.

    Steps 5 and 6 are crucial since the association of your new payment method to your plans is not done automatically.


    If your service is already suspended, then you will need to click on the «Make my monthly payment » button.
