I am outside the province I live in, but still in canada, and my coverage Canada does not work. I have no grid and my 3G does not work. What do i do?

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    Please make sure that your roaming is turned On and that you are connected to Fizz.Ext network.
    It might also require a phone restart in some situations after you make these changes.

    1.search network manually.

    2.select fizz.ext.

    3.change the phone if still not working and contact support
