I am looking for an update on ticket#189453 and this is the reply I’m having.

    I've just updated the ticket that was created for the issue, as there was indeed no response to it so far. If you'll not be able to get in touch with us via live chat, please send us a message via any other private communication channel such as Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp, as we'll be able to assist you in a quicker manner. We are indeed dealing with a high number of requests, hence these delays.
