How to Reactivate my plan with the same number

Hi my fizz plan gas been canceled i want to reactivate it with my same fizz number but it's very complicated there is no way to keep the same number even if I have my sim card and the activation code please help i need it asap

Every time i go to reactivation pqge i keep having the same error message

Based on what I can see on your account, the plan has indeed been deactivated but you should be able to reactivate it and keep the same number. Going to "My plans" -> " Reactivate" should do the trick. In case you receive any kind of error, please, contact us on a private communication channel with a screenshot of it so we can see what can be done.
