how to set up my Voice mail?
I have the voice mail set up with a PIN code and when I press 1 on my cell I am able to log in. However, the issue is when others call my phone, the voice mail does not come. It will ring and then towards the end there will be a busy tone and hangs up.
Super frustrated that I call anymore from Fizz. Please help me solve this problem

Do you have disable your conditional call forwading?
If, use the number 5 of that FAQ, it could resolve your issue.

Please try the troubleshooting step suggested by Olic, and if the issue persists, please contact us directly on any private communication channel so we can investigate it further. Given that you have a VoLTE compatible Sim card for your plan, manually setting up the call forwarding to another number might not work, but you should definitely have the calls forwarded to your voicemail after a time interval, so make sure to also check out the FAQ page provided.
