Chat disappears when I click on it
When I click on chat, nothing happens and the greem (?) disappears. I tried on different pages and the same happens. Seriously, I just want to activate my sim card and their link is also broken...

I notice you've managed to contact us on the live chat and also on Facebook Messenger. In order to contact us make sure you're logged into your account and access any FAQ page such as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services, then click on the question mark on the bottom right and select Chat. In case the chat bubble disappears, try to use an incognito page instead.

Usually this means that the reached the maximum queue configured
You should wait and try sometime later

Are you connected to you’re Fizz account ? If not, this can be the problem. Or it maybe what Jessy said.
