Is there a way to add a new payment method for mobile service? (Maximum attempts used)
Hi, I received an e-mail stating that my card associated with my account was about to expire so I tried to update it with a new one but alas nothing seems to work and the system is telling me that I have used the maximum attempts. What else can I do ?

In case the error you receive is related to the maximum attempts of payment method adding, please contact us on our live chat so we can help you with it. To contact us on chat, join any FAQ page such as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information, then click on the question mark at the bottom right and select live chat.
