How do I order the new free sim card

When I try to order I am being charged I thought it was free. I got the email selected the link logged in and when I order I have to select my credit card to pay

    Following the verifications indeed I see that you received the email in July, however the SIM ordered just now was paid and there seems to be an issue with the link, probably it is too old already.
    Please contact us in private following the steps from this link: https://fizz.ca/en/support and we will resolve this issue :)

  • I did receive the invitation and the link was not giving me the fre SIM card but today I tried again and this time it worked

    Can I suggest to wait before make the swap, some user had problems this week with the swap

    You will receive an invitation by email. Wait until you receive it and you will be able to click on the link. IT's gonna bring you to your account and from there, you should be able to order the new VoLTE sim card for free.


    If it doesnt work, wait a few days. And if it still doesn't work. Contact Fizz customer service.
