Wi-fi Modem password key is wrong

Hi, I've been trying to connect to my Wi-fi using the password on the back or my modem but it says wrong password!

    Hello @JoTaboureau,

    In case you configured your own Wi-Fi password and no longer remember it, you can try to see if the modem's interface password was kept by the browser, or you can recover it via the Fizz Wi-Fi app.

    As a last resort, factory reset the wi-fi modem and configure it again, it should work.
