My activation is pending
I have followed the necessary steps to gain a new number and inserted my fizz SIM. The payment has gone through for the first month and it has been over 2 hours and the activation is still pending. I am unable to use data or my new number. What should I do?

The only option is to contact the support, but it seems that they have a glitch in their system for the activation these days, therefore, you should expect to wait a bit more than the normal 2 hours for a new activation, probably you will be activated before the end of the day.
However, we are only users here, therefore, contact the support it is the right thing to do

• Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '❔' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
• Choose the option 💬 chat
• If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.

Follow the text message that tells you how to configure your APN. Do the manual steps (point 3), wait 5 mins then reboot your phone, it should activate.
