Doesnt receive SMS ( verification code from bank, mail or w.e) /

Hello,

I dont receive SMS such as verification code from the bank or from my email. I dont receive either CALLS from the buzzer in my building. I need a fix for this as soon as possible because I can't use my student email as I cannot verify my account due to the impossibility of receiving the verification code. As this concerns many services the problem is obviously from FIZZ and not from the several services who can't reach me with the verification code. Please help me.

    As for the current issue, please let us know if the SMSC is set properly.
    You can verify/ edit the SMSC number depending on your phone following the next steps:

    Verification on Android: Applications → Touch the Messaging icon → Context Menu (the three points at the top of the screen) → Settings → More Settings → Text Messages

    Editing on Android: Dial *#*#4636#*#* from your phone keypad → Phone Information → SMSC: Update with +14385200092

    Verification on iPhone: Dial *#5005*7672# → Press the key to place the call.

    Editing on iPhone: Dial **5005*7672*+14385200092# → Press the key to place the call.
