Activation of sim card

I received my new sim card to join the new network. When I tried to activate the sim card it says that this sim card is already assigned to a number. What do I do?

    Many members have had this problem since Friday, look, the forum is full! Don't touch anything, if you do, it might break your service. I suggest waiting a few days before doing anything.
