Cable disconnected?
My internet has been down for a while. There's a person replacing the roof on my balcony since this morning and I suspect they may have accidentally disconnected or damaged the cable. I asked and they seemed unsure. How do I get Fizz to check my cable connection and send a tech if needed?

We verified your account and it looks like a service call was set for the 1st of September from 07:30 AM to 20:30 PM, so we kindly advise you to stay home as the technician can come anytime in that time-frame.
You will be contacted 30 minutes prior to his arrival also.
