I want to return my cellphone due to a scratch that there was on it when I received it

I want to return my phone with the 15 days return policy, but the reason why I want to return it is cuz there is a scratch

    it's a new phone? The box was sealed?

    Did you just get the phone? Report it as soon as possible, because if you take a few days before reporting the situation, I don't think they believe you.

    "The phone must be like new. It wasn’t dropped. There is no scratch or any physical damage to the case, screen, buttons or connectors, camera lens and/or flash. In the case of a refurbished phone, it’s in the same condition as when you bought it from Fizz.".
