My new VoLTE sim card cannot be (activated) used

Hello, Please help!!!

I received my VoLTE sim card and followed the procedure mentioned in the mail, but my SIM card cannot be (activated) used.


Now my origin SIM card has been deactivated, new SIM card cannot be activated, there is no network on my new SIM card, I cannot call out and no one can reach me by my number.


I have tried switch the airplane mode ON and OFF to try to get the network back, but in vain. I have restarted my iPhone many times.


Meanwhile, I tried to manually active it on my account, but I got the following error message: `Unfortunately, we couldn't save your previous selections. Please resubmit your order? `

    Sorry to hear about the situation encountered.


    It appears that our technical team had to swap the old Sim card back in your phone as we just received updates from them.


    Please insert the old Sim card, reboot the phone and test if the line is working following the details found here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line
