Error 38
Hello, I am unable to send messages. Everytime I do I get a notification saying error 38.
I don't understand why, as there appears to be no issue with my sim card and no issue with my plan.
This is very frustrating and I would like to know why this is happening

Sorry to hear about the situation encountered.
I verified your account and it looks like you were actually roaming and did not have the required funds to send messages.
When roaming, be sure that your roaming option is turned ON and you purchase a travel add-on or top-up your wallet to use as Pay as you Go.

It can be a registration problem, can you try to put your phone in airplane mode for at least 30 seconds, when you remove the air plane mode, this should force the phone to register again.
